Farm Manager - Delarbe Farm

I spent 9 years in the Arable sector before making the change to the Dairy Industry where I have been since 2014.  I am thoroughly enjoying the challenges and learning opportunties of Dairying and the newfound responsibilites that come with my first Management role.

Rylib Group has a great culture and this has enabled me to progress rapidly within a structure I trust.  Working the with Rylib Group Management Team has allowed me plenty of time for family and friends which is important whilst still maintaining a rewardable role with the company.
