We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Assistant Dairy Farm Manager to join our progressive farming operation in Hinds, Mid Canterbury. As part of a dedicated team of 3 and the wider Rylib Group, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management and success of our dairy farm.

Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting in the management of daily farm operations
- Working alongside the team to achieve production and animal welfare targets
- Supporting staff supervision
- Monitoring pasture and feed management
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety and farm compliance
Key Attributes We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in dairy farming
- A genuine passion for farming and animal welfare
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- High levels of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment
- Current references essential
- Must have NZ work rights
