General Manager – Rylib Group

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the operational performance across our farming businesses. This is a key leadership role with real influence, working closely to drive Rylib Group’s strategic goals and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all farming operations to achieve production, sustainability, and financial targets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Farm Managers, Finance Manager, Machinery Operation, and wider team.
• Drive a culture of health & safety, and environmental responsibility.
• Identify and implement efficiencies and innovations across the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, contractors, suppliers, and executive advisors.

About You

You are a results-driven leader with a passion for people and performance. You can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on operational oversight, and you thrive in a fast-paced, values-based environment.

You will bring:

• Proven leadership experience in large-scale farming or agribusiness operations.
• Strong financial literacy and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strategic thinking, integrity, and the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Sustainable farming practice with a depth of understanding of environmental excellence and compliance.

• Minimum 5 years senior management experience in large-scale agriculture.
