General Manager – Rylib Group

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the operational performance across our farming businesses. This is a key leadership role with real influence, working closely to drive Rylib Group’s strategic goals and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all farming operations to achieve production, sustainability, and financial targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Farm Managers, Finance Manager, Machinery Operation, and wider team.
- Drive a culture of health & safety, and environmental responsibility.
- Identify and implement efficiencies and innovations across the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, contractors, suppliers, and executive advisors.
About You
You are a results-driven leader with a passion for people and performance. You can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on operational oversight, and you thrive in a fast-paced, values-based environment.
You will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in large-scale farming or agribusiness operations.
- Strong financial literacy and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking, integrity, and the ability to inspire and develop others.
- Sustainable farming practice with a depth of understanding of environmental excellence and compliance.
- Minimum 5 years senior management experience in large-scale agriculture.
