AKITU (A Key to Success) was purchased in 2015 and converted to start milking in February 2016. The conversion was seamlessly run under budget by Sheldon Price and includes an extensive underpass. Akitu is 213ha milking 840 cows with Coldstream Rd splitting the farm but would have the best soil types of all our farms. Being close to the sea it also has a more temperate climate. Akitu is managed by Sheldon Price who is an Equity Partner and his team and recently Sheldon and Hayley built their dream house on Akitu.
