With 18 years’ experience in the sheep, beef and deer industry I am excited about the challenge of my role at Kairoa Dairies. With the support of the Rylib Group and leading a team of three I know it will be a rewarding position.
Growing up in Marlborough and chasing merinos in the hills before moving to Canterbury to work on many different sheep, beef and deer farms, I developed a strong passion for stockmanship that drives me every day.
Seeing the opportunity dairy offered for myself, my wife and children — more than just a lifestyle, but a real drive and passion to succeed in our goals — I made the move to work hard, progressing from assistant manager in year one to the role here at Kairoa Dairies. I’m a practical, hard-working manager with strong team leadership skills who prefers being out on the farm getting the job done alongside the team.
