Returning from my OE, I began studying a Bachelor of Primary Education. Throughout this time, I worked on the farms, and in the office, understanding the foundations of Rylib Group.
Rylib Group is a family business, which makes what we do even more meaningful to me. There’s a real sense of pride that comes with that, along with some pretty big boots to fill—but it’s a challenge I genuinely enjoy. It pushes me to keep learning, growing, and contributing to something that matters.
My role is twofold, one part focuses on our people, culture, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. I’m passionate about building strong, high-performing teams and creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of what they do. The other part is governance of the Group and working on the strategy and direction.
I’m focused on growing our people, strengthening our culture, and continuing to build a business I can be proud of for the long term.
